A book

Hi blogheads

Today I´m going to talk about Isabel Allende, who is my favorite book writer. To make a brief introduction, he was born in Lima, Perú, on august 2, 1942, but at 3 years of age he returned to Chile with his mother and brothers, is recognized worldwide for his narrative work, wich has been translated into more than thirty languages and has sold millions os copies around the world, and in 2010 won The National Literature Prize. Isabel Allende´s relationship with professional writing began, in 1967 Isabel Allende decided to leave the country with her family to Venezuela, where she lived for thirteen years. There he began his career as a novelist with the publication of "The House of the Spirits" (1982).

They will ask now I get to know her, well it was thanks to the reading that they gave us at school, more than the school was my teacher of the subjects of lenguage and communication. I remember that one of the first books, I read was "The City of the Beasts", wich is an adventure and fantasy novel that narrates the trip to the Amazon os a young man of 15 years, with his grandmother as part of and expedition of a scientific journal, whose purpose was to document the existence os a strange creature known as "the beast". After this book, wich left me fascinated, I read "Inés of my soul" and "The city under the sea", wich the first tells about the story of Inés Suárez ande the second of Zarité, a Haitian slave.

I really like Isabel Allende´s book because of the way she tells each story, and because they are very interesting to read and manage to capture the attention os the reader. The books I read were intended for a younger audience, and this is one reason why I like this writer, because she is able to get her books read by any type of person, big or young.

And finally, the book I want to read, is "The House of Spirits", my mom read it and recommended it to me. not only her, more people. but I have´t had time, but I will try to read it as soon as possible.

A Friend

Hi blogheads!

Today I´m going to talk about one of my best friend. She´s called Pía (just like me haha). I met her when I was eigth or nine years old, she came from another school and we inmediately became friends. She has always been very funny and friendly, with a unique personality. When we were in school we were inseparable, we did everithing together, we even went to the same workshops, first we started with volleyball and then with dance, dance for her is her passion, and today she continues to dance, practice ballet and study English. I have always admired her for being so dedicated and not surrendering to achieve her dreams. When we left school we distanced a bit, because I went to study in Santiago and he stayed in San Felipe, but we have a great connection, we both know when one of the two is not well. We try to get together more often, but sometimes it doesn´t work out, but we both know that we will always b there when one needs the other. We have a great frindship, about 14 years, definitely our friendship is for life, and I hope, because friends like her aren´t so often.

In these pictures we were 12 years old.

A walk that I would like to do again.

Hi blogheads!

Today I´m going to talk about a walk that I would like to do again.
When I was 12 years old, I went south, specifically Osorno, I went with my grandparents and some aunts. We stayed in a cabin outside of the city. The place where the cabin was was beautiful, full of nature, green areas, tranquility and life. Around this cabin, lived more people, all very kind, because the day after we arrived, they approached and had prepared a cake in the form of welcoming us. In the days afters the arrival, we went to tour the place, going trough rivers, hills, fields, etc. We ended up exhausted in the day, we only got to sleep. I would go back to that place without hesitation unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to return, but when I have it I will be happy, since the people from the south are very friendly and welcoming, it is very simple, ande there is nothing calmer than to surround yourself with that nature, so clean and alive, of animals that are free in the fields. It´s a place I recommend visiting, especially if you want to have peace and tranquility.

A photograph

Hi blogheads

Within all the family photos, on of the photos that I have always liked and that I treasure within my most beloved memories, is where I am with my paternal grandfather. I had about a five months or a little less, in the picture my grandfather is sitting in a antique chair (rocking chair) holding me in his arms. This picture was taken on the terrace of his house.
I don´t know who will have taken the photo, but I think it was the only one (we are very photogenic haha) because I don´t have seen another similar one. This photo I love it because my grandfather is a very important person for mi, he has always present in my life, I was his first granddaugther and that's why he pampered me so much.
Crearly (and regrettably) by age I can't remember anything from that time, but just by looking at the picture, a lot of feelings and emotions come to me.
I still have my grandfather present, but now he has more granchild, stop being the only one, but we are always in contact and he still consents me to what he can, I am lucky that he is still present in my life.

A job

Hi Blogheads

I have always liked the world of fashion, shoes, runway, etc. and for me, an ideal job would be to be an ambassador for a brand of clothing or shoes. Being an ambassador means being active in social networks, and with many followers, so show the clothes and encourage people to buy. For me it would be the ideal job because I could have all the clothes and shoes I want and the best that was is free, just by uploading photos or telling the people that are going to buy (what woman would not be happy with this job?), the bad thing is that you have to be famous, or someone very followed in social networks, and with some special style or characteristic, and no less than model or something similar.

The truth is I do not know if it would be good in this job, but I would put all my effort into it, and well I do not have a specific inspiration, I only see "influencers" who work for my favorite brands.

A TV programme

Hi bloggers!

When I was a child I loved watching the Nickelodeon channel, I loved watching the shows they gave, but mostly Hey, Arnold! I don´t remember exactly how old I was when I started to see it, but it was my favorite show. Hey Arnold! It was about a boy with a certain particularity in his head, it was in the form of a football ball. He lived with his grandparents in a guest house, where his grandparents were the owners, and the tenants were very special. Arnold had lost his parents when he was a child, and as a souvenir, he only had a red cap that he wore every day. Together with their friends, they attend the fourth grade of elementary school in public school 118 of Hillwood City, a large fictional city located in the state of Washington, but that mixes elements of Brooklyn, New York, Seattle, and even London.

I remember seeing him every afternoon, it was my favorite pastime. I would not know how to explain why I liked it so much, maybe it was their stories, that they were very real, their characters were funny, and that it was much more than a series of cartoons, because it touched on issues of society, another point would be that its quality Animation was very good for the time.

It will always be one of my favorite cartoons, sometimes I even see episodes that are broadcast live on facebook, and when I see them, my mind starts to remember them as if I had seen them very recently.

A holiday

I remember when I went on vacation La Serena, V region, Chile. I went with my parents, my sister and brother, we went for a week and a half, and I remember that the journey to get there was horrible, because we went by car and mis brothers did not shut up during the whole trip, besides, sitting for a long time is not pleasant. Once we got everything improved, we stayed in a apartament in front of the sea, it was a beautiful sight. Already installed, the purchases came,  we went to buy things to eat and relax a little. The following days we went to visit the city, we went to the Japanese Park, to the beach (of course) to the lighthouse, to the market to buy candied papayas (wich were a delight) and to walk along the avenue at night, feeling the sea breeze and the sound generated by the waves. Were relaxing and beautiful days, because we were having a good times as a family.
